RETURNS

Once package is confirmed by USPS that it has been delivered via tracking number we are not responsible for items not received at the address shipped and will not issue a refund or resend product. If the package with product is returned to our address as undelivered by USPS we will attempt to contact the consumer for a better address to resend or issue refund.

Please note: Items in our shop sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee exchanges. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your order.

GIFT RETURNS

You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. The money will be refunded to the original form of payment and usually takes 3-7 days to show up in your account, depending on your individual bank.
